What is the AVAIL Customer Snaps giveaway?
We invite all of our customers to post snaps of their new timepiece on their social channels for a chance to win a free watch of their choice. Simply take a photograph of your new watch in all its glory (points awarded for creativity) and tag us in on our social channels (IG & Twitter: @availwatches or FB: @availwatches.co.uk) and be in with a chance of winning a watch of your choice from our Collection Range
1. These terms
1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which you agree to enter our Social Media Customer Snaps Giveaway.
2. Terms
2.1 UK entrants only. You must be 18 or over to enter and you must post a picture of an AVAIL watch purchased from our website or an approved retailer.
2.2 Multiple entries are permitted but the photograph used for each entry must differ. Only one prize per person per year.
2.3 AVAIL reserves the right to remove or alter the competition at any point without notice.
2.4 Winner will be chosen at random on the 1st day of each month (from valid entries the prior month) and the winner will be notified by 9pm the following evening. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize, and choice of Collection Range watch, within 14 days from initial contact by AVAIL.
2.5 Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your prize from the date of acceptance of the prize by you.
2.6 Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.7 AVAIL shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2.8 Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by us and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force and with our privacy policy, available at www.availwatches.co.uk/privacy
2.9 By entering our promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.10 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
