What makes Avail different?
We don’t just view watches as functional time keepers or disposable fashion items, we see watches as a critical part of our journey, wherever our course may be set to take us.
What are the two tiers that you offer?
Our Signature Range watches are all crafted from full stainless steel, using a Seiko or Miyota Japan Quartz (renowned for their precision and accuracy), with genuine cow hide leather straps or stainless steel bands, with Avail detailing on the dial, crown (not our Arlo model) and buckle and finished by hand in the UK.
Our Collection Range watches are all crafted from a stainless steel alloy mix, with stainless steel case backs, using a quality Japan Quartz, with brand detailing on the dial & buckle and with a genuine leather or stainless steel strap. Still with all the style, care and craftsmanship of our Signature Range, and still a perfect accomplice on your journey - whatever that may be.
Why do you offer two tiers?
The biggest part of our philosophy is that we offer our watches at fair prices. We don’t just say this, we do it. In order to make our watches accessible to even more people, we created the Collection Range which still carries the style and quality you deserve but at extremely competitive price points. This allows our customers to choose which price point is right for them and gives all of our customers more choice.
Returns & Warranty
Is there a warranty?
Yes. We stand by the quality and durability of our watches by offering a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to any manufacturing or workmanship defect concerning the case, movement or strap. It does not apply to the battery or damage or defects caused through misuse, force applied to the watch or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the warranty card you’ll find in the box.

What is the Avail return policy?
We all change our minds from time to time or maybe buy a couple of items to see which one we like best. That’s fine with us. As long as the watch remains brand new and you contact us within 30 days of purchase, we will happily refund your order if you send it back to our UK workshop. Please make sure you kindly return the warranty card and watch box along with your watch. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received by our UK workshop (and as long as it complies with our returns policy) we will refund you the full amount of your order, excluding the cost of shipping, to your original payment method.
After we have processed your refund, it will take up to 3 working days for the funds to be placed back into your account.

Who took your watch photography?
We are very lucky to have the amazing Olivia Cooper on board. She is an up and coming photographer based in London, UK and we think she is destined for amazing things.
What comes with the watch?
Maybe it’s just us but we think that part of the fun of ordering online is waiting for it to arrive and then unpacking your new item. We think that careful and premium packaging is important and so all of our watches are dispatched in strong Avail branded packaging with an Avail branded watch box. We also include our Avail 2 Year Warranty Card which is stamped by us and relates to your individual watch.
What type of Movement is used?
All of our watches use Japanese precision Quartz movements. Our Signature Range watches use either a Seiko or a Miyota precision Quartz movement which are amongst the best and most well known in the industry.
Are Avail watches waterproof?
Yes. All of our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM.
What type of leather is used?
All of our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.
What is the glass made of?
Our glass is made of quality hardened mineral crystal.
How do I replace my battery?
All of our watch batteries can be found online, or at any watch repair shop as well as most jewellery shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweller should be able to help you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch and it might also void your warranty.
Your Order & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
As soon as we receive your order we will prepare your timepiece for dispatch. It usually takes us 24 hours to carefully pack your timepiece and arrange courier collection. Usually all orders are dispatched within 48 hours and are received by our customers within 3-5 working days.
Where is my timepiece shipped from?
Our workshop in the United Kingdom.
Is shipping free?
Yes in the UK. Totally.
If you wish to place an order from outside of the UK, we’d love that and we add a delivery charge at check-out. We reduce the cost of International delivery in most markets to keep cost as low as possible for our International customers.
I need to change something on my order what should I do?
These things happen! If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us on email@example.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Payment & Promotion
What payment options to you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Our payment providers are 100% secure.
How do I use my promotion code?
At the checkout page simply enter your code when promoted. Please ensure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code. Any problems at all please do get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code. Promotional codes can be used more than once by the same customer on different orders.
