RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your Avail timepiece but we also understand that sometimes customers change their minds or no longer want an item. Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item or no longer want it when it arrives, that’s no problem.

 

Our returns policy allows you to send your item back within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund*. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of your returned item.

Returning Items

If you wish to return your items please let us know immediately via e-mail on sales@availwatches.co.uk. You then have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items to us in line with the instructions that we send you. Once your return has been received and processed, if it complies with our conditions set out below, you will be refunded to the original payment method that you used to place your order, minus the cost to us of shipping the item to you*.

In order to return your watch and receive a full refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The watch must not have been worn (other than to try it on) and must be in the same condition in which it was received, including with all protective coverings on the watch still in place;

  • Watches must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee, warranty cards that were included within it

How to Return Items

We know it is important to process refunds quickly and so to help us please:

  • Include a note inside the returned package with your name, e-mail address, order number and reason for returning.

  • When returning your package via your local post office or courier please ask for proof of postage.

  • Allow 3-5 working days for the item to reach us (depending on which service you used) and a further 2 working days for us to notify you of receipt of your item and start processing your refund.

Refunds

When we receive your returned item we will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure it’s eligibility for refund and process your refund without delay. Once processed, your refund will be issued to the payment method that you used to place your order. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account although typically it takes only 48 hours or so from the processing of the refund, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for another one, that is fine too. If the items are the same price then please let us know which item you would like in exchange and we will dispatch this as soon as we receive your returned item. If the price points are different, please contact us on sales@availwatches.co.uk and we can organise this for you.

Faulty items/ Warranty


If your watch should arrive with a manufacturing fault or defect of develop one (within the first 24 months) your item will be covered by our 2-year warranty.
