  • How is AVAIL different from other watch brands?
    At AVAIL, we believe watches are more than just timekeepers; they are essential companions.   • Who are AVAIL watches
    We are Avail Ltd and our registered office is Office 7, 37-39 Shakespeare Street, PR8 5AB. We operate our commercial functions from London and our watches are built and dispatched from our workshop in Surrey.
  • What comes with the watch?
    Maybe it’s just us but we think that part of the fun of ordering online is waiting for your parcel to arrive and then unpacking your new timepiece. We think that careful and premium packaging is important. All of our watches are dispatched in Avail branded packaging with an AVAIL branded watch case with external branded sleeve and internal warranty card compartment. In the parcel you will also find a 100% cotton AVAIL watch cloth as well as a handy AVAIL Zip bag - perfect for transporting your watch when travelling. Also included is your 2 Year Warranty Card which is stamped by us and relates to your individual watch. Finally, you'll get a handy QR code so that you can access your watches user guide. If you purchase additional straps with traditional pin bars, we will include a black branded pin bar removal tool.
  • What type of Movement is used?
    All of our watches use Japanese precision Quartz movements. Our Signature Range watches use either a Seiko or a Miyota precision Quartz movement which are amongst the best and most well known in the industry.
  • Are AVAIL watches water-resistant?
    Yes, all of our watches are water-resistant up to 3 ATM.
  • What type of leather is used?
    All of our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.
  • What is the glass made of?
    Our glass is made of bespoke quality hardened mineral crystal. Our Osma & Bremen ranges carry Sapphire Glass.
  • How do I replace my battery?
    All of our watch batteries can be found online, or at any watch repair shop as well as most jewellery shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweller should be able to help you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch and it might also void your warranty.
  • Where can I access an Owner's Guide
    When you place an order, your dedicated customer service representative will contact you to introduce themselves and send you a copy of the owner's guide relevant to your watch; in line with our sustainability commitments, we took the decision not to include printed manuals with our timepieces. Our general Owners Guide can also be downloaded here.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    As soon as we receive your order we will build your timepiece and prepare for dispatch. It usually takes 24 hours to carefully pack your timepiece and arrange a courier. Usually all orders are dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours and are received by our customers within 3-5 working days if not sooner.
  • Where is my timepiece shipped from?
    Our workshop in Surrey, the United Kingdom and all orders are shipped directly from the UK.
  • Is shipping free?
    Yes in the UK. Totally. If you wish to place an order from outside of the UK, we’d love that and we add a delivery charge at check-out. We reduce the cost of International delivery in most markets to keep cost as low as possible for our International customers.
  • I need to change something on my order what should I do?
    These things happen! If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us on sales@availwatches.co.uk immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • Is there a warranty?
    Yes. We stand by the quality and durability of our watches by offering a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any manufacturing or workmanship defect concerning the case, movement or strap. It does not apply to the battery or damage or defects caused through misuse, force applied to the watch or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the warranty card you’ll find in the box. For full details of our warranty please visit www.availwatches.co.uk/warranty.   • What is the AVAIL return policy?
    We all change our minds from time to time or maybe buy a couple of items to see which one we like best. That’s fine with us. As long as the watch remains brand new and you contact us within 30 days of purchase, we will happily refund your order if you send it back to our UK workshop. Please make sure you kindly return the warranty card and watch box along with your watch. Please contact us on sales@availwatches.co.uk to arrange a return.
  • How long does it take to process my return?
    Once your return has been received by our UK workshop (and as long as it complies with our returns policy) we will refund you the full amount of your order, excluding the cost of shipping, to your original payment method. After we have processed your refund, it will take up to 3 working days for the funds to be placed back into your account.
  • What payment options to you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also pay in three interest free instalments via our third party providers . Our payment providers are 100% secure.
  • How do I use my promotion code?
    At the checkout page simply enter your code when promoted. Please ensure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code. Any problems at all please do get in touch at hello@availwatches.co.uk Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code. Promotional codes can be used more than once by the same customer on different orders.
  • How do I get in touch with AVAIL?
    We are always eager to hear from you. We commit to responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours and other types of inquiries within 48 hours.
